Working With Declinations with Wendy Guy

  • Tranzac Club & Online via Zoom 292 Brunswick Avenue Toronto, ON, M5S 2M7 Canada (map)

What are declinations and how do they work in astrology? They've been called "the other dimension." If zodiac positions (sign and degree) are "side to side" then declinations are the "up and down" dimension. They're a kind of "aspect" except instead of measuring around the zodiac circle (the ecliptic), they're measured from the celestial equator (Earth's equator extended out into space).

In this workshop, you'll learn what declinations are and how to work with them when reading a chart. It would help to have a copy of your chart with you. You can get your chart calculated on Astro.com and the declinations are found on the extra page called Additional Tables (PDF).

Come and learn about parallels, contraparallels, and out-of-bounds planets. We'll be starting right at 1:00, so please don't be late.
