In this lecture, we'll explore Neptune's journey through Scorpio (1956–1970), one of the most transformative periods in modern cultural history. We’ll also look briefly at how to conduct quantitative astrological research by looking at musicians through the eyes of science, using control groups and neural networks to uncover patterns, culminating in an exploration of the fabled “27 Club,” the haunting circle of artists who left the world too soon.

In this workshop, Taylor Burgess and Vanessa Delzingaro will lead astrologers in how to prepare for short astrology readings. This will be a good primer for any entry-level astrologers to learn theory behind readings and then put it into practice. This talk clears popular misconceptions and misunderstandings of Chinese Astrology.   Fixed stars, eclipses, the 9 planets & alchemy is inherent in Chinese Astrology but different from their place in Western Astrology.  Rich in culture, history & cosmological concepts dating over 6000 yrs.  Attendees will take away a better understanding of the 3 major systems including some practical applications.

What are declinations and how do they work in astrology? They've been called "the other dimension." If zodiac positions (sign and degree) are "side to side" then declinations are the "up and down" dimension. They're a kind of "aspect" except instead of measuring around the zodiac circle (the ecliptic), they're measured from the celestial equator (Earth's equator extended out into space).

This talk unpacks the astrological quest for ‘sexuality signatures’ in the natal chart: points of interest astrologers have used to discuss sexual inclinations, attitudes, and behaviours with their clients.

In preparation for International Astrology Day, this free lecture is about how to read an astrology chart quickly and succinctly. Learn about the roles the planets play in a chart, how they exist within an astrological sign, and what the houses represent. There will be time to practice reading charts for one another.

Designed with Western astrologers in mind, this workshop will introduce you to the key principles and techniques that make Vedic astrology unique. As Pluto moves into Aquarius, it gives us an opportunity to awaken to new approaches of how we interpret and work with Pluto in Evolutionary Astrology. This workshop will reframe Pluto in terms of how it's traditionally positioned, especially narratives that tend to pigeonhole people and their charts into 'doomed' or 'negative' experiences. Applying a trauma informed lens of Pluto, we can come into a fresh & reclaimed co-creative relationship with the great transformer.
